Tell us a bit about your background
I started out in hospitality and travelled the world, I then completed a computer course and started work in a call centre and the rest they say is history.
What do you do at Titan?
I maintain a level of engagement with key customers and the customer service team and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image of Titan Solutions.
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
A little bit of this and a little bit of that. With Customer Service no day is the same and I love starting each new day differently. Keeps life exciting!
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Daily interaction with staff and every day I learn something new.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
Interaction with people and looking at new ways to solve queries.
What was your favourite subject in school, and why?
Lunch - need I say more!
